Years Ahead is now offering an extensive travel series. The trips will range in length from one day to several weeks. Our trips are contracted through Joy Tour & Travel, an active member of the National Tour Association (NTA). We have planned educational and fun filled tours and we continually add new trips to our program throughout the year.

What makes the Years Ahead travel program unique is the professional and personalized service that we provide. Our travel staff consists of experienced consultants dedicated to providing the highest standards of quality. We specialize in trips for the older adult, but our trips are open to all ages and are designed to give the best value at the lowest price.

To ensure the quality of our trips, we have developed a continuous quality improvement program. As part of this program we ask that you fill out an evaluation form after each trip. Your opinion matters to us. Each evaluation is individually read and monitored. All trips include round trip transportation, escorts, sightseeing, and step-on-guides. Most trips include tax and tips on tour paid items. For exemplary service, additional tipping is permitted but is up to the individual. Tours consisting of more than one day include overnight accommodations, luggage handling, and some meals per itinerary. Trip insurance is available on most tours.

Deposits or balance due payments will be accepted at the Years Ahead office or by mail. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payments may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, debit card, money order, or check. Make check (s) payable to Joy Tour & Travel. Our mailing address is: Years Ahead, 2110 Leiter Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342. Please do not mail cash and if paying by check, please write the name of the trip in the lower left hand corner in the memo area. Please list a daytime phone number where you may be reached.

Cancellation policies will vary by individual trip. Please see individual trip brochures for the cancellation policy. When registering for a trip, please read the policy carefully as it is strictly enforced.
