Laboratory

Our Laboratory adjoins the physician offices and offers a wide range of testing and procedures. All testing and procedures are performed on an appointment basis. The laboratory has a CLIA certificate of compliance from the Ohio Department of Health and follows all guidelines and recommendations set forth by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the College of American Pathologists. Referral Information We realize couples going through infertility face significant non-medical concerns such as costs of treatment. It is important to note most insurance companies require a referral from the primary care physician for fertility care before any coverage can be considered. We are providers with several insurance companies. We recommend patients contact their health benefits provider to determine their policies and coverage.
