Mother/Baby Suites

Following delivery and recovery time, our patients are moved to the Mother/Baby unit. Each of these private rooms has its own shower and sitz bath for the new mother’s comfort. TV and VCR, recliners for the coach all add to the home-like atmosphere.

The Mother/Baby Nursery is a secured area. There is always someone available to take care of your baby while you shower or rest. Your Pediatrician will see your baby while you are in the hospital and give you updates on his/her progress. You may bring a special outfit for your baby’s First Foto if you wish. Baby Gallery pictures are provided free of charge for the Internet with your written permission. Friends and relatives around the world will be able to leave you messages of congratulations on your blessed event.

The professional staff is available to help you make a smooth transition into parenthood by providing support and instruction in self and baby care. For mothers who choose to breast feed, a Lactation consultant will visit daily based on your level of need. Our goal is to provide outstanding care to make this occasion even more memorable.
