How Will I Know If I Am In Labor?
Always consult your Obstetrician

You know You're in True Labor if your
contractions:
1. Feel symmetrical and begin in the
lower back and move to the front.
2. Follow a regular pattern, last 50-60
seconds and occurring 5 minutes or closer
lasting more than 1 hour, feeling strong
and painful.
3. Get longer, stronger and closer together.
4. Don't stop if you change positions
(may get stronger when you walk).

move around to the back.

together- but not all three.
