“Tobacco-Free for Life.” A free tobacco cessation program dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain a Tobacco-Free lifestyle. Each program has 5 meetings. (Funded by Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation)

Community Health Services provides a comprehensive tobacco cessation program designed for the tobacco user who has tried to quit multiple times before, but failed and for those who have never tried before. This program offers new hope for the addicted tobacco user. Sign up for one of our free comprehensive tobacco cessation programs. This program is made possible by a grant from the Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation. Reservations are suggested, call 395-8162.

Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), excluding nasal spray and inhaler are available for active participants enrolled in the smoking cessation program for up to 1 month at no charge.

 share their success with
 others and for those who

 encouragement along the
