Pelvic Control Therapy uses proven techniques and technology to help you regain bladder and/or bowel control. The majority of people with incontinence can overcome it, safely and effectively, without surgery or drug therapy.

We provide a private and confidential consultation with a licensed physical therapist specialized in pelvic floor dysfunctions. An evaluation will be performed including an assessment of your medical history, incontinence history, and overall postural alignment and function. Through state-of-the art biofeedback, your pelvic muscle activity will be monitored and displayed for you. With this information the therapist will be able to develop a comprehensive personalized treatment program. Treatments may consist of biofeedback, pelvic muscle rehabilitation, bladder retraining, diet modifications, and lifestyle changes. A simple regimen of home exercises, that when done as instructed, can result in life-long bladder and/or bowel control.
