 The Super Treadmill
Our Super Treadmills are designed scientifically to enhance running components such as speed, stride length, and stride frequency. At top speeds of 28 mph and top inclines of 40 degrees the Super Treadmill will help you reach optimum running potential.
 Plyometrics
Plyometrics are exercises designed to improve your balance and awareness of your body position as well as quickness, agility, explosiveness, and vertical and horizontal jumping ability. Our plyometric program uses patented shock absorbing platforms which reduce strain on the body while still allowing you to train at your maximum ability.
 Weight Training
An individualized weight program is established for each athlete based on a strength assessment and age. We will target weaknesses and emphasize a proper strength base. Our weight equipment was specifically designed for Sports Acceleration along with Cybex machines and free weights.
 Sprint Cords
Our patented sprint cords are used to safely recruit and isolate specific muscles used in running and throwing. This allows you to train at velocities used in actual athletic competition without limiting range of motion. Sprint cord technology has been expanded to include the multi-sprint cord which encompasses a variety of arm movements for all sports.

Kristin King - Sports Acceleration Program
USA Hockey – Olympic Bronze Medalist
The Acceleration program at Kettering Sports Medicine Center was an excellent supplemental conditioning program that enabled me to enhance my speed, quickness, and power. It also led to a better overall feeling of being in great physical shape. I went into the season feeling stronger and faster than I’ve felt in a long time. After having gone through the program I noticed in my play that I had a stronger foundation, my first three steps of acceleration and power were improved, and my footwork was also better. I enjoyed every aspect of the Acceleration program but I would have to say I enjoyed the treadmill running the most. Although, very challenging it’s what pushed me to the next level. As an elite athlete having gone through this program I would definitely recommend it to athletes of all levels.
 Hannah Thompson - ACL Bridge
Springboro High School Soccer
After I injured my knee, I decided to do my therapy at Kettering Sports Medicine Center and later, I participated in the Sports Acceleration Training program. I believe that it was a great decision for me to go through their two programs.
After I strengthened my knee as much as I could in therapy, my therapist suggested that I participate in the ACL Bridge program. I can definitely see an improvement in my playing ability now. Not only my knee, but my whole body has become stronger and I have improved my speed.
The exercises were challenging but have greatly increased my speed and strength. I liked the balancing exercises the most. The therapists and trainers at Kettering Sports Medicine Center were really fun to work with and have made my rehab a lot easier and more enjoyable.
 BJ Paulus - Acceleration Program
Miami Valley Silverbacks – Arena Football
My off-season training with Sports Acceleration has been crucial. The plyometrics helped me maintain my balance and foot speed, while the treadmill workouts helped me regain my top end speed. I was literally a step ahead of my teammates once camp started and ready for the season. I give a lot of credit to the trainers and the positive atmosphere they create in order to help every athlete reach their goals.
 Mary Kappeler - Recreational Program
Firefighter
For the majority of my life I have not had a problem staying in shape. I have always been a very active person, throughout high school and especially with my career on the fire department. But since having my daughter, I have found it hard to drop the extra weight and get back into shape. I learned of the Acceleration program when I came to Kettering Sports Medicine to have my body fat rechecked by Molly. I had met Molly when she came to my fire department to do physical assessments of all the firefighters last summer.
Since training with Molly, I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and cardiovascular endurance at work. I can climb stairs several times, with bunker gear and an air pack on, without getting winded. I feel stronger picking heavy patients up on our cots. Not to mention my physical change. My body fat has decreased; helping my clothes fit better and prompting comments from friends and family about the dramatic change in my body. KSMC made these changes possible by helping me to focus on and put a lot of emphasis on cardio and weight training. As much as I felt the interval training with the treadmill and weights was initially torture, it was worth it for the results I achieved. I love the program so much I have been trying to recruit co-workers, bosses, and even my husband. As most women who are getting older will probably agree, finding something that makes you look and feel better is a hard thing to come by. This is a secret that is definitely worth sharing.
 Will Lumpkin - Acceleration Program
Indiana University Football
I saw such an immediate benefit during my session I took during high school, that I later decided to use the program to supplement the conditioning program at my school. I initially shaved .20 seconds from my 40-yard dash after only 6 sessions. I believe this played heavily into me earning a D1 scholarship. The Acceleration program trains you to be a more explosive athlete. Specifically, I felt more efficient in my turnover helping me to cover more ground on the field. Each activity seems to be directly correlated to the others in the program, and are all enjoyable. It’s fun to see the footwork that you gain in the ladder drills carry over to the explosiveness in the plyometrics.
After completing the program, I was always able to go back and hit the ground running in our off season conditioning program. I was able to compete and get better instead of working myself into shape. I would definitely recommend this program to other athletes. I have had at least 10 of my friends go through the program after seeing how much I benefited.
Cynthia Ballard - Youth Recreational Program
Soccer Parent
My daughter’s performance has been enhanced by the Acceleration program in several ways. After the initial sessions, Cate was more aware of her body and what body parts controlled her movement. She grew quickly over the last few years and had noticeable problems staying on her feet on the field. Her body awareness coupled with plyometrics training gave her the instruction needed to stay on her feet. The treadmill and speed training allowed the trainers to critique and correct her running style. These corrections were apparent in the enhanced speed on the field. The multi-directional drills have helped her in developing “change of direction skills” on the soccer field.
The most significant changes in Cate’s performance are not physical, but are the mental focus and confidence she has on the field. Without Acceleration, she would not have the focus to be “first to the ball.” Proving that she can beat the other girl to the ball is the confidence boost that is necessary to keep her playing competitive.
Of course, one of the main reasons that Cate begs to enroll in the Acceleration program is the training personnel. Their ability to inspire and train younger children is unique. Cate enjoyed the treadmill and plyometrics the most. She liked the speed burst drills and the computer generated steps (The Reactor). However, the soccer skill drills with Bridget were the treat at the end of her training session. Cate plays on a team that is a year older than her. We’ve consistently said if she is not getting enough playing time, we will move her down to play in her own age group. We have had comments on her improvement over the past year from her coach; specifically in her ball handling skills. During her last session of Acceleration, a parent wanted to know if Cate was training with another team, because her speed skills had improved noticeably. Most of the parents on the team are just now finding out that Cate is a year younger that the rest of the girls. This seems to shock most of them. It’s not natural talent; it’s the training!
Don MacAdam - Dayton Bombers – Hockey
GM/Head Coach
The Dayton Bomber Professional Hockey Team uses Acceleration training on a weekly basis to supplement our on ice and strength training. Hockey is a speed game and we want every edge possible. There is clear evidence that our players are quicker and more effective on the ice because of the Acceleration training. The weekly workouts have given our players extra quickness and confidence in game situations. The added benefit as a coach is that players enjoy the Acceleration training and look forward to the weekly sessions. They know they are becoming better hockey players because of the training they receive. I would recommend the Acceleration training to any athlete interested in becoming better at their sport.
