The
Accel Team Training program enhances sport-specific speed and agility while emphasizing proper techniques that lower the risk of injury. Content and duration of training sessions will be customized to meet the needs of your team. Keeping in mind your training goals, each session may consist of one or all of the following:
- Dynamic warm up/flexibility
- Foot quickness
- Conditioning
- Speed development and start technique
- Plyometrics and proper jumping/landing form
- Agility and first step quickness
- Core strengthening
- Upper and lower body strengthening
Your customized program will be developed by a team of Exercise Physiologists, Athletic Trainers, and Physical Therapists, using the latest research and training methods. All sessions will be conducted by Exercise Physiologists who are certified in CPR and First Aid and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.
