Kettering Hospital Youth Services (KHYS), an affiliate of the Kettering Medical Center Network
(KMCN), is a child and adolescent hospital, specializing in outpatient, inpatient and community-based
Mental health services. Our highly skilled professional staff helps families, community agencies
and organizations facilitate the care of youth. Crisis assessment services for all age populations
are available 24 hours/day at Kettering Medical Center and Kettering Medical Center - Sycamore emergency
departments. Kettering Hospital Youth Services is a 30 registered bed facility.
KMCN is a not-for-profit regional acute care center comprised of Kettering Medical Center, Grandview
Hospital, Southview Hospital, Kettering Medical Center - Sycamore, Kettering Hospital Youth
Services, Kettering Affiliated Health Services, the Kettering College of Medical Arts and Sycamore Glen
Retirement Community and is part of the Seventh-Day Adventist Healthcare system. Kettering Medical Center,
Kettering Medical Center - Sycamore and KHYS are all fully accredited by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), and Grandview Hospital and Southview Hospital
are both accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Additionally, KHYS is certified by
the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH).
