A comprehensive diabetes education program designed for the person with diabetes who has recently
been diagnosed, has had a change in treatment, or wishes to improve diabetes control. We will
focus on how medication, nutrition, physical activity, blood sugar monitoring and problem solving
work together to help you achieve your goals for diabetes control. Available at Victor J. Cassano
