The Dayton Sports Medicine Institute was founded in 1994 with a mission of providing quality sports medicine for southwest Ohio. The institute is a service of Grandview and Southview hospitals and employs physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists and occupational therapists/certified hand therapists who provide medical care for professional, intercollegiate, recreational and high school athletes.

Kettering Health Network is the Healthcare Provider for the Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball Organization and is a founding partner sponsor.
